Artimpianti produce decoring hammers for foundries, the function of which is to crush sand from components with different geometries in aluminium, cast iron or other alloys.

The hammers can be installed vertically (beating in a downward direction) and horizontally, providing the cast with necessary direct vibrations that are able to break the sand inside. Artimpianti is able to replace different types of decoring hammers and therefore with the almost universal possibility of using existing equipment.

Artimpianti is also able to provide a turnkey solution for complete decorating application through different decoring machine, as CHS-2 machine (hammering + high frequency vibration) and CHROT machine (hammering + high frequency vibration + rotation of +/-179°). Enslaved by the operator manually or in automatic mode by robot.
